FAQ ABOUT SUPPRESSORS

ALL INFORMATION BASED OFF WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE ATF AND GPD. THIS INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY MOMENT. UPDATED ON 6/5/26

No, we can not sell/transfer suppressors due to local registration laws not being written yet. This is the only hold back for suppressors. Please reach out to your legislators to write up the law.

We are NOT currently taking pre-orders due to lack of knowledge of when the law on registration will be written.

The ATF has released the guidelines for buying a suppressor to the FFL's. It will be treated as a handgun for background checks. This means that no one UNDER 21 will be able to purchase a suppressor. This also means that you will be able to receive the suppressor same day; however, due to Guam not requiring SOT license, we will not be able provide a tax-stamp (class 3), so you will be UNABLE TO LEAVE GUAM with the suppressor and UNABLE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON.

We are unsure on the timeline for suppressors. We do know that the federal government (ATF) has finished it's regulations on suppressors. This means its on local government to complete the writing of the law for registering the suppressor with GPD. This is why we ask that you reach out to your local legislators for them to continue pushing for suppressors.

We are currently working with our distributors to confirm our ability to obtain different suppressors. The Bargain Tactical team is working on getting SureFire, Dead Air, HuxWrx, and other big names in the suppressor world to Guam. Currently we have Gemtech, Smith & Wesson's suppressor. We are the first U.S. territory to do this. Please have patience as we lead the way for suppressors on Guam.

No. We will be constantly rotating inventory, if you would like to see us bring in a specific suppressor, it will have to come in the normal large orders which take longer and we can not promise we will be able to bring in that specific suppressor.

No. Guam does not fall under the NFA, this means that we can not obtain a SOT license. The SOT license allows for the creation of the tax-stamp that allows out-of-state travel. Without the SOT, any suppressor purchased on Guam will have to stay on Guam.

No. Suppressors are still controlled items. This means that you will have to go through a FFL for any and all transfers of suppressors. If you purchases a suppressor and have to leave Guam, we are working on creating a buy back program. Or you can have it destroyed by turning it into the armory.

Currently, we have : 9mm - 5.56 -  22LR, we are working on brining in a larger selection of calibers and brands. Stay tuned to our Instagram and website for all updates on inventory and selections!
